Goodrich Floor Coverings

Had a great experience with these guys doing all new carpet in my condo. Between measuring and install it was very quick and top notch professional install. Can’t recommend them enough for all flooring needs!

I highly recommend Goodrich flooring. I had a relatively small job that they were able to complete in a short period of time and well within my budget. The installers were very polite and professional and completed the job so quick I barely realized they were here!

Back in the middle of June 2022, appliance installers tore, gouged, and ripped my kitchen floor. I began looking for estimates and called Goodrich and asked if they repaired vinyl floors. I was given a telephone number to an estimator, whom I called twice and left a message each time explaining what happened and what I needed. A few days after I left the last message I called again. This time he answered and explained he left a text message -- to which I told him that I didn't receive texts on the number I called from -- which is why I asked for a return call. We discussed what I needed and he said that nobody installs vinyl (or linoleum) anymore. I explained that the floor was 2 years old. At any rate, he agreed to come out and look at the floor, and would be by in the afternoon. Never

We just had Adam from Goodrich at our house to fix some squeaky floor boards that have been driving us crazy for a year. He sent us a text in advance to let us know he was on his way, was super nice and helpful and fixed the problem in about 5 minutes. The squeak, by the way was not his problem at all - he installed the floors over a year ago and they look amazing - the squeak was from the crew that framed the house, but Adam still came in and took care of it for us. Highly recommend Adam and Goodrich Floor Coverings!

I would give more stars if I could. Rex worked incredibly hard to get our floors in before we moved into our new place. He never upsold us and gave us various options for subfloors and floor materials. Adam, the installer, was incredibly creative in creating a new subfloor in a room that was not square. He did amazing detail work around our stone fireplace. Our house went from looking like a dump to a beautiful, bright home. Thank you!
