This week 3 gentlemen from Chamberlain Septic and the Gordon Beh Excavating arrived at our home in 10 degree weather and began hooking us up with the Penfield sewer line. After 80 years of service , the septic system had reached the end of its life. I’d consider doing the project with a few buddies , but realized this wasn’t a great option due to liability, equipment, and the great unknown. Chamberlain’s quote was reasonable and better than their competitors. While I don’t normally write reviews I would recommend this company in a heartbeat! Hard-working, professional, and able to pivot quickly when RGE hadn’t located gas lines. John and Ed John and Ed were the best team ever . I’m so grateful that you sent your “A” team . This job was really huge and they put in everything they had to finish it and do it right. They were inventive,creative, and intuitive with their solutions to difficult twists and turns that every construction job involves. On top of that, they were personable even with everyone under so much stress running around to get things done , they were always professional. The kept me informed as to what was being done .I can’t say enough thanks to John and Ed!

My husband and I needed a broken pipe fixed underground, so we contacted them to give us a quote. We received a quote and signed a contract. We heard it would be a couple months before work could be done, which was understandable. We were informed a couple weeks before work would start and Dig Safely NY came, so we figured the work would be done soon. A week came and went. We called and either received no answer or was told they would get back to us. This was over the course of several weeks. We have stopped reaching out and have not heard back from anyone. My suggestion? Don't waste your time.

Nick and John did an incredible job excavating and installing my water and power lines. They collaborated with my electrical contractors to insure that everything worked as planned. They left my property in better condition than when they started. Thank you

I’ve called them twice in the last week to give them our business (and left messages directly with the secretary both times), and I cannot get anyone to call us back. We bought stone from them a few years ago, and while it seemed to be good quality, we had a similar issue with getting them to respond.
