Anita was very helpful. Great customer service. Personal attention and someone to answer our questions was worth the lille extra we paid over the 'lowest price' we found at Lowes. Mary was also helpful in placing our order and arranging for pick up.

I had the best experience purchasing carpet, I email Gordon’s Carpet and they called me within the hour. I spoke to Anita and she was very helpful. I had my new carpet installed within a week. Great customer service as well as the gentleman who did the installation. I will refer my friends.

The worst experience. Thought going through a company I would have had perfessionals but instead had worse job done. Not only did they leave a dirty job, they even installed the wrong title in different sections of the home. Ranked up my ac while leaving the doors open. Left food trash in the garage that now I have to call Pest Master to take care of the ants 🐜.. Never again I do not recommend them at all. If I would give no star ⭐️ I would.....
