From beginning to end my experience with Gordon’s Electric has been wonderful starting with Kristen who answered the phone. She was so kind and concerned and was working to find an electrician to resolve my issue. She called me back to tell me Jeff was able to come earlier than expected. He was great and resolved not one problem but a second problem I wasn’t aware of. Very professional and pleasant - great customer service. I highly recommend Gordon’s electric!

Quote me almost $700 for two bathroom fans and two outlets. Bought the 2 fans for $70 and two receptacles for $60 at Home Depot, took 15 min to replace the fans and 15 minutes to do the receptacles….

I had my water heater go out and it looked like I was going to go 7 days without water but thankfully Gordon's electric was able to get the part in and one of the employees was quick to come in and fix the problem. He reassured me that if I had any problems not to hesitate to call them.

As I schedule with a new company, it is hard, but Randy kept an employee on who trashed my kitchen, when doing electrical. The guy ripped my dishwasher out, without unscrewing the screws, taking braces with it. He threw my grandmother's pan that is over 60 years old, bending it in half. I guess it got in the way. Didn't touch his garbage. Didn't patch around box or outside wall he had to drill through. Welcome mice. Mismarked the new Electrical Box, after I had to let him know that some of the electrical wasn't working. Too bad I really liked my maintenance guy and one of the electricians, but do to the disrespect and negligence, I don't feel I can respect myself to use the company ever again. I had a circuit breaker getting hot and gave them a call. I was told I would get a call back after confirming with the electrician and their schedule. Less than 5 minutes go by and I am told he will be here within the hour. He was here in less than 15. The service he provided was amazing, to say the least. He was friendly and informative. He was quick and efficient. The hot water heater needed a larger fuse and even explained the math to me, which I promptly forgot. =) I will happily call and use their service again. 6/7/25 A couple years later and I had them install an outside outlet on my porch. Everything went smoothly. My go to electricians.
