Got Floored West Sound

We just had REALLY old carpet and vinyl flooring replaced in our split-level home by Got Floored West Sound. AND WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! Rey Euzarraga, the owner, was amazing to work with from start to finish. He kept in touch with my husband from the very first communication until the end of the job. He easily won us over with his positive energy, polite demeanor, and terrific sense of humor. He quoted us a fair and reasonable price for what we needed. The father-and-son duo (Brian and Brandon) that Rey assigned to our flooring job was AMAZING. They worked fast, hard, thoroughly, and cleaned up very nicely. They had a great sense of humor, too! We are very, very happy customers and wholeheartedly recommend Got Floored West Sound!

I had a cat claw and scratch a patch of carpet near a door that needed to be repaired. Jim came in on short notice and was friendly, professional, and efficient. The repaired section is nearly indistinguishable from the rest of the carpet. Thanks much!

Great experience! Ray was able to work creatively to suggest some budget-friendly options, communication was clear and quick, installation went great. Even though it was a small, low budget project, they went the extra mile to help. Their team was so easy to work with and professional. Highly recommend!
