Your Review I hired this company a couple of months ago and I have to say I have been very pleased with the whole team. Ralph and his wife (who cleans my house) are wonderful to work with. They come in every other week for me and it is wonderful to know I don't have to spend my weekend cleaning the house after working a long week. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The price is very reasonable and worth every penny! Thank you for helping me!!

I have been visiting roanoke for the last six months helping my daughter who just had her first child. I needed help . The apartment manager recommend Got It Maid to me. The owner, Ralph, immediately addressed my need. He is a lovely man who really listens to you. I have Jane who does my cleaning and she does a wonderful job and is a pleasure to have in my apartment. This is a company who tries to accommodate you. They were so helpful to me as I had to go back to New Jersey several times for doctors appointments. So if you want a spotless house with a personal touch, Got It Maid is the cleaning service for you. It was definitely for me.

I used Got It Maid Cleaning Services a couple weeks ago and again yesterday. Miss Kelly was brand new when she came a couple weeks ago and she did a great job.... I asked for her to come again yesterday. She did an awesome job. I want her to know how much I appreciate her.... She is great!

I waited a few weeks before I decided to post. NICE people, however the cleaners did NOT do their jobs. Asked and was quoted for deep cleaning, and got more of a walk through wipe down a few things. Owner came back so I could show him, offer was to have girls come back, after waiting with no update..an hour past time I as told they were having car trouble could we move the time. I declined and owner offered to refund 50 dollars. Definitely a lesson learned on my part.

They were good up until the other day.when Megan called and said she had to raise the rate$40.00, because it was taking to much time. And I said if they didn't talk so much it wouldn't. I wish Ralph the owner see this and maybe contacts me .they were in and out in 2&1/2 hrs.
