Will not be a customer again. I had a dress that needed altered. I brought the dress in, asked specifically due to the fabric what it would cost. When I picked it up the cost was more than quoted originally. The reason I was given? -the fabric- Would not recommend due to misleading quotes.

Everything beautifully cleaned and pressed. Every time. Alterations service excellent. Flexible with timing if you are in a hurry. I haven’t gone anywhere else for years!

Very disappointed in the service I received recently from this establishment. We have been loyal customers for a couple of years now, and we took our comforter in to be cleaned and it was returned to us damaged! When I took it back, instead of giving me money to replace it, I was told how it wasn’t their fault and was only offered to reimburse the cost cleaning aka ruining my comforter!!!

The Good: They know how to do shirts well. They have come out clean and pressed as expected. The Bad: Brand new, never been worn, white lab coat. Got it home and it had a rust colored stain and was still wrinkled. About a week before, took in a Navajo blanket. Most of the colors bled and it is ruined. They can do shirts, but I would NOT trust them to do anything else. I won't be going back.

Hemmed and fixed my tux pants the week of my wedding !! So thankful for her and her service it was amazing ! Get your stuff done here !
