There should be ZERO star option. Received a call from Graham telling me that it was time for my scheduled maintenance on the unit they installed in the summer. I told her that they didn't install the unit and that they've never been here. She tried to convince me that they had come out in the summer, but they've never been here! (I later discovered that they were "cold-calling") She did convince me to allow them to come to do maintenance for $35. Turns out the charge was $45, but that's not the least of it. I was told that all of the ducts were damaged or collapsed and we needed total replacement of all the ducts and some other work. They claimed that I was breathing in fiberglass particles. We had graham come out to do yearly maintenance on our system that was purchased by the prior owners, it was about 8 years old so we gel it was a good idea for them to check everything over. To my surprise they said I needed a new system due to a leak in the coil, when the quote came out to 15,000$!!! I thought I’d get other quotes. After an extensive search of companies I found a reputable and vetted company to give me another quote, theirs 10,000, the kicker was when he told me there’s nothing wrong with your system. Needles to say we didn’t replace the system and that was over 2 years ago. Beware if they say your system needs to be replaced. Totally dishonest and over priced!

Great experience and great service. Chance was amazing. He has been our service guy multiple times and is an asset to the company. The install team arrived on time and ready to go. They were friendly, professional and very thorough. Explained all of the features, and cleaned up all the debris. We called them on Tuesday, found a great new unit that was fit for us, they were here Wednesday installing it. By that afternoon we were back in the nice cool air that all Floridians cherish over the summer.

This is the absolute BEST company you should ever call for your heating and air needs. Garrett, went above, beyond, and even further, to provide the best service, trust, and knowledge I have ever experienced from a company, any company, hands down, and he is such a wonderful person; I got that from him instantly!! My air went out at around 5:00pm, the company was recommended by my friend, I called, and by 6:30pm, he was at my house!!!! He immediately diagnosed the issue and without so much as a blink he could quote me a VERY reasonable price. He did not have to go through 1000 books, write down 10 different prices, or give me anything but what was needed!! He stayed in constant contact with me as he hunted down the part, as his normal place did not have it in stock. He was up front with me

Saturday 9/20 about 12:45pm S on the Suncoast parkway Driver going 90+ mph tailgating people and driving reckless. I would not want this guy working for my company that’s for sure. This business needs to hire better people.
