I don’t normally use Grainger because I thought they’re expensive but in this case, their prices were very good after opening a charge account. PJ at the counter was more than knowledgeable. I was very impressed at his level of knowledge in service when obtaining a motor and cross-referencing a motor I needed for an exhaust fan unfortunately, I had to come here instead of my local HVC supplier. Been dealing with Graingers on and off threw the years. Most of the guys been thier forever so they know their stuff. Place is always clean. Prices are ok. They can get anything pretty much next day if don't have it. They are now open inside again. Love this place, Commercial Group Lifting Products next door ( they sell some tools also and do repairs just walk in and see your self) and then J&L Fasteners blocks down the street. Everything you all need in one mile or so.

This place has phenomenal service. P.J. especially was incredibly helpful and went way out of his way spending around 15 minutes trying to pull a stuck propeller from an ac fan motor for me, and then ordered the parts next day that I needed. He also explained a lot of things about the repair process of what I was doing and made me more comfortable with tackling my project myself! I tried to tip him for going out of his way to help me for so long and he saved me $100 in parts but he wouldn't take my money at all. Stand up guy, stand up business and will definitely go here again!
