Reliable Clog-Rod-Drain Specialists

Company came in and trashed 2 unit bathrooms. One was trampled and soiled, tenants had to throw out rugs, spent 2 hours cleaning and ended up with gashes on the walls/tub. Second unit was worse, rod came out the other side, destroyed the bathroom curtains and rods, luckily no one was hurt. Vanity was chipped, walls gashed, decorations broken, tub gashed, toilet broken into pieces. Guy tried to replace a few things with the cheapest menards options and call it a day. Took hours to clean, all to not find or do anything but charge full price. Complaint was made, company has still not addressed this. Had to call another real plumber to find the issue.

This is the pace to call for all plumbing needs (especially if you live in Gary because none of the other companies service Gary at all, despite what the websites say)! It was an emergency (last minute) sewer line back up and they came out within 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable. The workers were respectful and provided an excellent service! Thank you!

My name is Kim and I am the tenant in Merrillville that your company sent the specialist to. His name is Greg. And I had to ask can I give a comment for service rendered He is awesome. He's a young man that that I noticed , within 10 minutes, that is very detail oriented. Displayed patience in trying to not only address the issue but put "effort" into trying to locate and identify the issue. Over the past three years I've been a tenant I've experienced previous plumbers services... Three to be exact and I noticed immediately he spent more time in rooting , going outside twice to try to locate pipes, and generally I felt he really REALLY intended to rectify the problem In addition, he inadvertently located an issue I am having that had been a result of me spending over $225 addressing

These guys were great! Prompt service; they even called to let us know they were on the way. They completed the job quickly and efficiently, our problems were solved almost immediately. Would 100% recommend this company for any plumbing issues and we look forward to using them again. :)

Excellent service. Gregg and Matt are hardworking,honest and humble. They kept their word on schedule time and went above and beyond. Lots of patience and professionalism in my bad situation. Really glad I found them and called for my main sewer. I have to have them return for further work but I am happy with a peaceful mind that there are great people that I can reach out to for my issues.
