He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. I really appreciated the quick response and excellent service. I'm giving 5 stars to Whitmer Heating and Cooling because they are professional and honest. I purchased a home 4 months ago that they did the AC and Furnace installation on. It was a rehab. I purchased it in December so I was unable to turn on the AC due to the cold weather and sure enough it had issues once I turned it on when the weather broke. I called Mr. Whitmer and he was very understanding about my situation and came out and fixed my problem right away. Whatever happened to the AC happened long after the install but he was generous enough to come out and fix it without charging me a whole lot. I will continue to do business with Whitmer Heating and Cooling. If you are in need of good quality service check them out!

Great Price, Great Service My AC went out in the summer on a hot day. I called around for a few quotes after I found out the AC needed to be replaced. Greg came out explained in detail what was wrong with my AC and why it would be better to just replace it. He gave me a great price on the replacement of my heater and ac unit. I’ve suggested his service to family and coworkers.

Great company and great people to do business with. I called them on one of the coldest days of the year. My furnace died. The repair was too much fo an old furnace, so they offered to install a new one for a great price. They waived the service call. I am very pleased with my new furnace. There seemed to be a new noise coming from the unit, so I called them about it, since the temp outside was 5 degrees. They were out in about 2 hours and checked it out. Everything was working fine and it was very clean inside, so they just visually checked it out. They didn't even charge me for their time. We are in our 70s and appreciate the great service.
