It is a great place to buy accessories like capacitors for your air conditioning unit that you cannot find at your local lowes. They have great customers service and if your item is not available in store they can do next day delivery.

Their navigation system says if you need help deciding what you need press 1. But when you get someone on the phone they can't transfer you if you don't have a part number or specifications of what you want. Finally after insisting and them looking up whatever they have to look up I get transferred. THEN... when I finally get connected to someone in Plumbing as I requested, they don't seem to know squat about plumbing. I requested help on something seemingly very simply, but they recommended a completely inappropriate part. They clearly have no really skills or training to be able to recommend anything. Useless!

Excellent service! Ordered and ready within an hour. I arrived a little late but a gentleman in the back still helped me and got me my item! Wish I would've caught his name.. But you know who you are. Thank you for the above and beyond service!
