Grand Blanc Public Works

This whole department is absolutely disgusting. I make a payment arrangement, keep up with it, and have a slight mishap because of my disabled child, follow up with further payments, and they call and threaten me, and my family with shutoff notices. I call to rectify it with further payments, during a time of stress, and they have a condescending attitude and will never take anything into consideration, no matter how grave. You are nothing to them.
