Grand Rapids Restoration did a fantastic job in my home! I had a leak in my bathroom and it completely ruined my carpet in my basement. It caused a lot of water damage to both the flooring and walls. Haris and his crew came out and got to work right away to help prevent any secondary damages. They worked very hard the first day to remove all of the wet carpet and pad so the drying process could start asap! His team was very polite and walked me through exactly what their plan was. Amazing job and great communication! Grand Rapids Restoration definitely saved me thousands of dollars in damage with their hard work and knowledge. I noticed a leak in my upstairs bathroom and immediately called for help. Haris and his team were here very quickly and immediately got to work. During their inspection, they figured out that not only did I have water damage in the bathroom upstairs, but I also had water damage on my main level below the bathroom. I needed a new balcony door installed in my dining room due to warping and wood rot damage from the leak. Haris also helped me with the insurance side and helped get my damages covered so I only had to pay my deductible as opposed to the entire bill! A burst pipe completely flooded my basement and left my family scrambling. Haris and his team were at our house within 30 minutes! They replaced the broken pipe and setup their drying equipment to begin the drying process!
