Did a Truck delivery arrived pass closing time and was still accommodated. The men that help me were very kind!
Showed up mad and swearing because he drove from Traverse City. Never put gauges on my freezer unit or checked Freon levels. Told me my compressor was bad. Took a relay out and put a new relay in, turned unit on and left. Was there a totall of 15 mins. My freezer unit turned on and shuts off over and over that's why I called them. The unit would never turn on if the relay was bad. Charged me over $300
Poor workmanship, equipment always breaks afterwards or doesn't work and they have to come back out to "fix it" would not recommend gtr ( guaranteed to return)
