Granite Depot of Knoxville

BEWARE: Shoddy workmanship! My builder told me this is the worst install he's ever seen in his 35 year career, coupled with the worst customer service available. My beautiful green granite countertops (with matching backsplashes) were supposed to be the focal point of my whole kitchen! The gap that was left between the granite pieces is lacking integrity. I'm disappointed in the entire experience. BEWARE! Edit: Demetri took my complaint very seriously and sent Jordan to repair the problem. Jordan did an exquisite job, and the joint is barely noticeable. I am changing my review, and highly recommend Granite Depot!

Excellent experience. Thank you, Granite Depot of Knoxville! The sales lady was super knowledgeable and patient with our questions. The tech that came to the house to measure in advance was very efficient. And the crew that came to handle the installation was quick and professional. I’ll be contacting them again for the upcoming job!

I had Granite Depot install new stone countertops and backsplash in my kitchen. Becca was wonderful through the process - the crew was efficient and completed the project in two working days - less than a week total. The countertops beautiful and everyone who visits loves to explore the crystalline structure of the stone.

What a crew! Our contractor’s slice for granite wall cap on an outdoor kitchen was problematic, and we were referred to Becky with Granite Depot. The night and day difference was apparent right off the bat. Top shelf service, great pricing, and the quality of the stone was gorgeous. The installation team was friendly and professional, and the final result was everything we hoped for. Finally, they followed up to ensure everything was to our satisfaction (it was). As far as if we’d recommend them: We have another project coming up, and we will be using them again without hesitation. So yes… highly recommend!
