We had a great experience with Granite Empire of Cincinnati! The staff were very polite and helpful. They were flexible in the original contract and Sandra met all of the changes we requested. They were quick at getting our countertops scheduled and installed. The installers did a great job! Very happy with this company!

Please read ENTIRE review: We are renovating our home and got brand new cabinets in our kitchen. We decided we wanted to do quartz countertops and a full quartz backsplash. We got quotes from multiple companies and ended up going with Granite Empire. Pro: Tanya at the office was great! She was very communicative. The guy who measured everything was also great! **Final Update** Brittini was fired and the owner named Natalie contacted me directly. Natalie got this handled the very next week. She sent me a wonderful contractor who was VERY good at his workmanship. He tore out my old tile and dry wall. Replaced the drywall and installed new backsplash. It's beautiful! He really took his time and was very clean and precise. I am very impressed with his work and very happy with how many kitchen looks now. As far as my stained counters go, I agreed to keep the damaged ones and Natalie refunded me half the cost in exchange verses replacing the entire counter. **UPDATE** A lady by the name of Brittni Who claims to be the manager yet the lady in the office told me she is not… showed up to my house and told the installer that he destroyed my kitchen and to
