Granite Outlet Kitchen and Bath Design Studio

We worked with Kwame at Granite Outlet Kitchen and Bath to help design out kitchen, and we were very happy with the end result. We had reached out to multiple kitchen designers, and heard of Kwame through a recommendation of our contractor. Throughout the process Kwame was patient and understanding, talking us through the project and renovation. My wife felt heard and comfortable throughout the process. When my wife wanted to see a sample of a particular cabinet stain that wasn't available. Kwame had gone out and grabbed a new sample of it from another store so we could review it. It was very nice to walk into the shop, and have cabinet, countertop, and flooring available to look out to get a sense of the design we were looking for. I worked with Kenny, Kwame and Walter to have my new kitchen island done. I came to them to see if it was possible to have it in before Christmas and they guaranteed me it would be. They did not disappoint. They were so nice to work with. Kwame got my vision and was able to put it to a 3-D model. It was exactly what I wanted. Walter made sure the countertop got measured & polished on time for me. Kenny found me the countertop, I was told by others that it wasn't available in the size I wanted. Kenny made some calls and got me my counter top! Both Kwane & Walter called & emailed me the whole time. They followed up after install to make sure I was happy. I am very happy! Thanks guys. Do not use this company. I spent $27000 plus and I received a shotty product. They left off the skins on the side of the cabinets and blamed the manufacturer. There was no glass in canines they said was coming have not received it. They installed counter top incorrectly. I now have to pay someone to fix it. Every problem is someone else’s fault but their fault. I now have to pay someone to fix it now. I would stay far away from them. beware !! I’m

We were looking for a particular granite top, and no one stocked the color. It was going to be two to three weeks before any retailer would have it available. So my husband suggested we call the Granite Outlet, and they had it! Their selection of granite and other tops is impressive. We were quickly provided an estimate, measured the next day, and installed less than a week later. The installers were very professional. We have an old home from the 50's and when there was an small issue with a wall, the installer had a quick solution to make everything fit. The counters are in and we think our new kitchen looks amazing.

Picked a remnant for a very small area. Bad experience start to finish. When we went to pick it up, the remnant we chose was still sitting in the yard. When my husband looked at our finished piece, the parts that would be against the wall were jagged and chipped. In addition, this piece had veins of gold running through it, completely NOT what we wanted. We refused the counter, and the manager said we still had to pay for the measurement service, which we argued against. Fortunately, the manager probably just wanted to be rid of us and refunded the full amount. Felt like a bait and switch. Buyer BEWARE. Drove by the following week and the original "trash" is still in the same spot.
