Granite Restaurant Equipment

I bought 2 items here. 1 was a 6 burner garland NG range and a 2 door freezer. The freezer was new, so it is doing well. The range, on the other hand, was used. It was converted to LPG by our gas supplier, and all went well except for the pilot for the oven. I called here, and they walked me through the pilot adjuster, and it still did not work. He said to have the supplier look at it, and if that did not work, to call and he would send us a replacement thermocouple. I called 2 weeks ago, and there was no return call. I came to their shop (2 hours away), and they have finally given me the piece to hopefully fix this. I would recommend getting an appliance convered here if it is not already set up for your fuel type. This makes life much easier.

Does not stand behind their product!! Brand new cooler that leaks and he tells me it’s not his problem. Cooler is under a roof. He refuses to fix it!!!

Buyer beware! They do not communicate timely with their potential customers and will lead you to believe they'll hold an item for you and then sell it to another party without notice.
