Grant County Mulch Laurel Facility

I recently visited this place for the second time, and I have to say — my experience has been consistently great. The first time I went, I’ll admit it felt a little sketchy at first. But the pregnant girl who helped me completely changed my impression. She was incredibly helpful, made me feel more comfortable, and walked me through everything — from where to go, how to place an order, how much mulch delivery would cost, and even educated me on the different types of mulch they offer. When I recently came back this second time, I saw her again (If I’m not wrong I think her name is Jackie), and it felt like no time had passed. She’s just as friendly and helpful as before. Her customer service really stands out and makes a big difference. Definitely coming back thanks to her!

I been to this place for a few years and this time they lost a customer. Awful mulch. It is mix with old mulch, brush, gravels and other junk that weren’t suppose to be there. Plus their mulch prices increase rapidly since the last few year and will give less mulch. Also the employees were so disrespectful and lazy as well.

It's the worst mulch in the entire area. It loses color quickly. The people who charge at the office give you change from their wallets as if they were stealing. Terrible customer service.

Great mulch is you're interested in a soil ammendment. For landscaping decorations, it's worse than useless. It's just plain ugly.

For anyone that comes here, be aware of up charge.Double check your receipts.
