Derek was extremely professional and very forthcoming about the condition of our system. Since it's nothing the average homeowner really ever wants to deal with, you'd think any septic company could tell you whatever they want to garner more business or charge more for the services they provide. That's definitely not the case with Grant's. Their prices are reasonable, and Derek told me my current schedule of once every 7 years was appropriate for the usage our system sees. He even suggested we could go a touch longer if we really wanted to. I won't because I'm a maintenance freak and my mind starts screaming at me at the 5 year mark. My house went through 2 Title V inspections within 3 weeks. The result of First inspection (conducted by a different company) was so unclear, confusing, and very superficially, and not detailed and the automatic result was Title V failed.
