The Grapevine Windows team was wonderful to work with! This was the first time I’d ever had to replace windows and Scott took time to patiently address all my questions. He also encouraged me to get multiple quotes and told me what to look for. Once the work got started, the team showed up early each day and worked diligently. I’d expected a horrendous mess and was elated by the care they took to prevent as much of the mess as they could! After installation, Scott came back to make sure I was happy and proactively called out touch ups. He hired a painter same day to touch up inside and outside to make sure my house got back to normal quickly.
