I scheduled a repair for a broken latch on my 17 year old GE dishwasher. The technician researched a replacement part cost (and the difficulty of getting future parts for repairs) so I decided to purchase a new one. I then asked him to give me an estimate for replacing the door gaskets on our refrigerator. He was able to order the parts and made the repair a week later.

Chris and the whole team was just fantastic with the repair process for our Thermador Dishwasher. Chris diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the parts, the office called us for scheduling within a couple of days just like he said, and the repair was quick and fairly priced! He even gave us a tip on preventing the problem in the future on another dishwasher. After having so many repair people that are less than expected, this experience was a breath of fresh air!

We are very pleased with the service we received with our ice maker repairs. Our technician, Banks Mwamba, was very knowledgeable of the problem, explaining the issue fully. He was very friendly and professional.

The technician, Christian, was amazing. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and explained everything. He was extremely patient answering my questions. I will definitely use Mr. Appliance for any future repairs.
