I’ve needed both garage and gate repairs for some time, but kept putting it off. When I finally contacted Jonathan (after seeing him at a neighbor’s house) I was immediately impressed with his demeanor - he is polite, personable, and very knowledgeable. He went over-and-above just doing a routine repair job. At one point I saw him wiping down the area he had worked on to remove any fingerprints, and he kindly replaced a lightbulb, weatherstripping, and a few other little issues that I noticed. He also explained everything he did and answered all my questions; he is a true professional with an excellent work ethic and wonderful customer service!
