Grass Action Inc

My experience was stupendous!! I was leaving the state for an extended trip. The power company came by and trimmed the trees around my power lines and left them in the yard. Since I will be gone for over a month, I knew the city would be after me before I got back. I noticed a Grass action truck in the neighborhood and asked how much they would charge to haul the limbs off. They did it for free.

Have been a “paid in full” customer for 2nd year in a row. Called weeks ago for a landscape quote and was told they will call me whenever, and have yet to receive a call. I called to ask about dandelions and if they will spot treat after they apply, and was told not sure…when they can. I was then asked my political views after stating I am paying for a service and would expect appropriate responses regarding service, but was told to “find some people to come to work and you can get your lawn service done.” I will not be recommending this company for service and will not renew services next year. I guess I will see what kind of service I get for remainder of the year.

I never write reviews but I am more than unhappy with this company. I paid my bill in full and they sent it to a collection agency. I've since then had to show on 3 separate occasions a copy of the check being cleared and paid, yet I keep getting calls from a third party collection agency. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service from this company and will never use again.
