Terrible experience. Problem not fixed, property damaged, property stolen and no response. Unable to charge back payment so will be suing to pursue resolution along with assisting HOA and management company suing for damage to neighborhood property. Had standing water in my back yard, see pictures below for the "fixed" solution. Still 3"+ standing water. Had planned to seed grass but due to the problem not being fixed having to spend additional for sod as seed will get washed away. Our street was just refinished 2 weeks prior to this job. The street was gouged and torn up right in front of our house. There's a permanent white stain for the rock and shell filled soil that was dumped on the street. Great job. Great response. Great crew. The guys did what they were supposed to do, per the agreement. Quick response to a phone call and text. I appreciate Steve and crew. Given the weather and environment, the crew acted regardless. These are the people you want in your life, not just mowing your lawn. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. They get the point. There's a lot I can positively say about them, but my time is short. Talk to Steve. Good guy. Get it done. Again, great crew, great boss. My two cents. In March 2020, I hired Steve, owner of Grass Roots Lawn and Care, LLC, to resod my entire backyard as the grass was dying in areas due to shade in certain areas. During the 'quote' phase, Steve told me that ProVista grass, "a new St. Augustine hybrid grass" works "extremely well in shade as it is a 'shade and sun' tollerant new strain of grass recently developed." Steve further stated he has installed this "type of grass at many other customers" of his. Steve also said that based on the shaded area, he would add a "4th zone" for irrigation to cut down on the volume of water to the 'shaded area' and add/relocate several sprinklers to ensure adequate water coverage for the new sod. Based on his word/expertise, my wife and I agreed to pay him approximately $3,500 to resod approximately 2,500

Grass Roots has been taking care of my lawn for three years and they do a great job! I definitely recommend them.
