Adam was outstanding! When our heat went out, he responded quickly, diagnosed the issue as a dirty sensor, and took care of it on the spot. He also performed general maintenance to make sure everything was running properly. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and he consistently delivers high-quality work. Highly recommend!

A friend of ours referred us to Adam when our AC broke last month and he was wonderful. Our AC unit is very old and eventually needs to be replaced, but that is not something we are able to afford currently. Adam was able to fix our AC and did not pressure us to try and replace our AC like some companies would. He is approachable, easy to reach, and has been very fairly priced. My mom's AC broke last week after a storm and Adam came out within 24 hours of us reaching out and repaired it. I know from experience this is not always the case for HVAC companies, especially during the summer as they are often bombarded with repairs. So, him being quick to respond was a life saver. Rick and Adam did an amazing job of replacing our 26 yr old Rheem HVAC unit today. I had called and had 3 bids on 5/16 and a 4th came the next day, Rick. Long story short, Rick Graue was the guy that installed our unit when our home was built in 1999. He was the 4th bid. I was advised 2 yrs ago to replace it. It has been a VERY DEPENDABLE unit aside from some minor things until the last 3 out of 5 years it needed freon. Even though he wasn't the lowest. (2nd lowest) I knew he was the one I needed to replace our HVAC unit. I feel confident saying, "Here is to another 26 years!" Rick and Adam you did an outstanding job! Graue provides an exceptional level of HVAC service. Since we started using them, we won't let anyone else service our HVAC system. We have had Adam service our HVAC on multiple occasions and he is very courteous, and always willing to take a minute or two to explain exactly what he is doing and why. This is a very honest business as well - they will take the time to thoroughly diagnose a problem and present the most economical ways to fix it. They avoid the whole "it looks like your going to need a whole new unit" routine that you will hear from many less reputable dealers.

When my furnace and A/C went out a couple years ago, I didn't know where to turn until a contractor friend of mine recommended Graue. My friend had known Rick, since retired, but his son came out and after some repair on the old system I had both the furnace and A/C replaced. Adam did an amazing job. I have an old house with a lot of irregularities and the install was done better than I'd have expected. He got it all done in a day and it's worked perfectly in the two years since. I think what impressed me most is that he didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need and was honest from the first interaction to the last. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
