Needed emergency help on our Samsung refrigerator that stopped cooling. Gray's Appliance Service got us back up and running in no time flat. Gave us lots of good advise on maintaining the refrigerator too. We are very thankful for the expertise, professionalism, and friendly interaction. The price was right too. If we ever need service again, we will use them...hands down!

Another great experience with Austin! This time with my washing machine flooded, and Austin fit me in even with his busy schedule. Worst service I've ever recieved from a so called "repairman." He came to fix our washer by replacing the motor, but that was not the real issue. He would not come back to fix the real issue, but tried to say it was another part that is quite expensive over text message. I hired a real company and the issue was none of Austin's guesses. The real problem was actually cheaper than he charged for the wrong part. He scammed me once and tried a second time to scam me again. Horrible customer service, and no communication unless I texted him. He also does not know how to show up. No call no show twice. Save your money and protect your wallet from this con artist.
