If I could give Shreve zero stars - I absolutely would. I paid them over four thousand dollars to install a water heater in my condo and after countless service calls to report that it wasn't working - they started avoiding my calls and then ghosted me altogether. Not only do I need a refund of my original payment - but now there are damages to my unit and those beneath me as the water heater leaked large amounts of water over and over. I've been forced to live in a hotel for almost a month now because my unit has no water - we had to turn it off to avoid further damage. Their insurance is involved now - but they are still refusing to refund my purchase price - so I'll have to take them to court. It is ridiculous! How unprofessional to start screening calls and avoiding the truth tha

We always get excellent service from Shreve/McGonegal. Their wonderful plumber, Tsegaye, is thorough, professional, friendly and does really good work. This company is the most reliable we have used for all plumbing matters over the years. Thank you!

The plumber that repaired the pipes in our house was really polite and very professional. He did an amazing job in detecting and fixing all the leaking pipes in our home. Also they gave us a great package for the service. It was really a great experience for us.

Bad customer service, spoke to a gentleman who said he was the manager and said that Culpeper was out of their reach, even though Lowe’s said that they are the nearest subcontractor they have to Culpeper for a water heater warranty. And when I asked to speak to the boss, he hung up on me. -_-
