Mr. Rawlings has done home repairs for me over the last few years and address issues promptly and always courteous and professional

Came out quickly. I requested an estimate to check the water lines on two toilets and install one bidet. He did tighten the connections on one toilet and then he started the second toilet. He broke the internal float bulb and said he was going to the hardware store to get another one. Its been over a week and My calls and voicemails go unanswered. Even when I called to offer cash payment for the work that was done I still get no response and have to find someone else to fix the part he broke. I do not recommend this company.
