Great Floors

We were looking for new luxury vinyl plank floors for our 3000sf house and were very particular about the color and style and, of course, the durability of the product. Ed Murillo, at the Silverdale store, guided us through the entire process. Ed was friendly, very patient, and extremely knowledgeable from the get-go about the features and benefits of each product that caught our eye and which might best meet our needs. We ended up with beautiful new flooring that gets compliments every time guests come over. We were so happy with Ed and Great Floors that we're planning on working with him again on custom area rugs for our living and dining rooms. This is the second time we have used Great Floors. This recent time was also outstanding service. We needed a new floor to finish our home office. We had a general contractor starting work on a Monday and we were in the store the previous Tuesday. We explained our issue of time to Ed and while were were talking and sharing what flooring we wanted Josh got on the phone and found it in Kent warehouse. A young man by the name of Mike was dispatched out on Friday to install the laminate floor. Mike did an fantastic job and after it was done he helped move the office furniture back into our home office. Here is a ‘shout out’ for JOSH WOOD, a Great Floors (GF) Rep in Silverdale! A while back, I went into Great Floors in Silverdale as a first-time buyer of flooring, and the Rep who initially helped me was ED MURILLO. We discussed the cost of the flooring of which I was interested in purchasing, and I told him I might just purchase the flooring and have someone else do the install. I asked him if they would give a discount to the outside installer for the flooring. He said yes if he was eligible. Then later, after thinking about it, I asked if he would give ME the same discount if I had GF to do the install. I was appalled at his response. He had an immediate personality change and raised his voice to me and very rudely said ‘NO!’, that the company had to pay HIM, they had to keep the lig

Our company has been working with Rachel for a number of years and we really appreciate her dedication to our projects. Worked with great floors all week. Excellent staff all the way. GF did carpet and vinyl planking. Took a couple extra days to get the plank in, but the transitions look great! All the outside seams are caulked, and contrast is what we looked for. Can’t recommend them enough.
