Had an older model bathfan that required a special plug in bulb which is no longer made. I had no idea what to look for. Store associate Logan was extremely helpful. He looked up bulbs, measured what I brought in and found the best match . Also wrote down bulb specifics needed for my future reference. This store is truly known for its helpful staff.
Alex was wonderful to me when I crazy glued a screw to a towel bracket. They didn't have another bracket but he worked on mine and got it unglued!! Now that's great customer service!!
