The owner met with us on several occasions and explained exactly what they would do (and why), and what they wouldn't do (and why). They did and OUTSTANDING job! This past spring, the sump pump they installed ran every 3-5 minutes for 2-3 weeks. PRICELESS! Extremely Professional crew, VERY good at what they do! I hired Great lakes Excavating to fix the foundation around the corner of my house in 2019. I was having issues with the frost lifting my front corner of my house each year. Obviously the shifting caused some issues with the door closing and other various issues which had to be addressed. Kevin and his crew came out to the house observed what was going on, the issues involved, and the remedies that were needed. His crew brought equipment to the house and they started digging into the asphalt and around the front side of the house to open it up.
