My furnace got red-tagged for carbon monoxide during freezing weather, and I was panicking. The woman in the office heard my daughter in the background and immediately reached out to the team to get someone to me sooner and the owner himself came out! He greeted me so warmly and was incredibly friendly, like we’ve known eachother for years. He explained everything clearly, was completely trustworthy and honest, didn’t charge me full price since there wasn’t much to fix, and even texted the next day to make sure everything was okay. I’m so grateful my friends recommended this company to me. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone!

I called Great Lakes when my furnace stopped working . Unfortunately happened during the coldest days of the year and in a complete white out. Rick had a tech to my house within an hour and figured out the problem. Part ordered and was installed the next morning . Very reasonably priced and very responsive. My house is warm again and my kids appreciate it. Thanks to Rick for the fast response and to Rich who fixed the problem!

My furnace stopped working in the evening on Thursday. I left messages at multiple local heating companies and NONE of them answered or returned my call except for this company. I got the answering service and someone called me back promptly to ask what was going on. They were at my house within 1/2 an hour and diagnosed the problem. They unfortunately did not have the part they needed so I had to wait until the morning however I received a call promptly at 8:30am the next day to tell me the cost of the part. The repair man was here within 2 hours and fixed it. They were exceptionally courteous, prompt, friendly and fixed my problem in less than an hour. Prices were reasonable as well. A short time ago I was without heat for over 2 and a half days. The company I had been dealing with was not answering over the weekend. They tried fixing it on Friday, but it went out that evening. House temp got down to 56 degrees. Tri County heard of my problem and offered to come free of charge on Monday morning! The technician found the problem early Monday morning. A part had to be ordered. The owner went to Syracuse the next day to personally pick it up, and I finally had heat by Tuesday afternoon. I can never thank you enough for coming to my rescue and for all your efforts! I will not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone who needs service. Having heat is wonderful! Thank you again!
