Customer warning! Look elsewhere for any roofing needs. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through regarding my warranty service request. Despite multiple emails, texts, and the website, I have been ghosted. This has caused me so much stress and anxiety trying to receive a response. The chimney boot around our woodstove pipe needs immediate repair, each time it rains, it's coming into our dining room. There are several other issues they said they would fix. Furthermore, I was told that a crew would come earlier this month, but no one showed up, nor did I receive a call or explanation. This has been going on since April 2025 after another company took a look at our roof and identified multiple issues. This level of service is unacceptable, I do NOT recom

Once the quote was sent, we took some time to make sure our actions were the right ones for us. There was no pressure, additional questions were answered promptly and a timeline given. Called to follow up on date of installation to ensure my partner would be aware so he could make accommodations for work during the installation, Jen immediately answered my questions and gave me options for installation days. Crew showed up as anticipated, answered all questions, ensured we were satisfied with the results.
