From the moment the company's owner Tom Anthony showed up to give us an estimate for the project, to the hour his crew finished the job, we were treated with respect and truthful professionalism. Each of Tom's crew members demonstrated craftsmanship and in-depth knowledge of the materials they were installing for us. Tom provided us with contact information for a couple different roofing companies, and we ended up hiring one of them. This allowed the two contractors to schedule our jobs in tandem during the same week. From getting the estimate to the install the process was perfect. We got scheduled very quickly. The installers were very friendly, courteous, and professional. They walked through the entire job with us for any changes we may have wanted. Install was perfect and very clean. No trace that they were even here except for the sign we gave permission to place on our lawn. We then had them do my elderly parents' home. They were great with them. Also, a perfect job done. They are the best. Highly recommend.

My wife and I just had Max-flow come over and install gutters on our home. They did an excellent job, had them stop back over the following day to make a very small adjustment on a downspout. No questions asked they came over fixed it in 2 minutes and were on their way. I would recommend them to anyone here in the CNY area and beyond
