Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to put our remodel on hold, however, we will definitely consider Great Northern Builders in the future. There are SO many options for contractors out there and I am beyond thankful to have crossed paths with Maya, Melanie, and the whole team and Great Northern Builders. What stood out to me the the most is how easy they make the process. In the the past with other contractors, I’ve felt like I was struggling to get answers, there was no communication, or have felt like I’ve been taken advantage of. The view outside has always been quite beautiful. The one room open space not so spectacular, and that’s being very generous. great Northern Builders have turned my space into something that now rivals the outdoor view! Great Northern Builders recently completed a first-floor-living addition for us. We are thrilled with the process and the result. The workmanship is superb throughout. Scott's management of the subcontractors was first class, and his communication with us throughout the duration of the project was top-notch. Allison did a great job helping us select materials, and Mel was awesome with the initial design and quote phase. They are known to be on the expensive end, but the true value achieved is an example of the old axiom that you get what you pay for.
