I recently had Integrity Comfort remove my old boiler and install a new high-efficiency gas boiler, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial quote through final installation, the communication was clear, professional, and top notch. Jeff and his assistant Jeramy were outstanding. Their workmanship was impeccable, everything was clean and organized, and they took the time to explain the process and answer every question. It was obvious through their attention to detail and work ethic that they truly care about what they do and refuse to cut corners. Integrity Comfort heating and cooling came highly recommended through my towns Facebook page group And they did not disappoint. They promptly responded to my inquiry for service and despite being in a high volume season of winter, they got someone out within a reasonable amount of time. Their tech Andrew arrived on time, obviously knowledgeable about his craft and was very helpful in providing some education to me, since I’ve had little experience with boilers in the past, he did a great job, communicated well and I was very satisfied with my experience. I’ll be using Integrity in the future for all my heating and cooling needs.

We had a great experience with our installation. Cole and Jeramy were friendly, efficient, and clearly skilled at their craft. They also added some expansion junctions for a couple of future projects I had mentioned.

I had very little heat and my house temps were in the 50’s. I contacted Integrity Comfort Heating and Cooling. In less than 24 hours, I was contacted by email and appointment was scheduled for the very next day. The technician, Andrew, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about my heating system. He immediately diagnosed the problem and made the proper adjustments. He was also very polite and courteous. I will definitely contact them again for my HVAC needs.
