This is my 4th time working with Rich and the Mainely Roofing team. Rich is fantastic to work with, nice guy, trustworthy, efficient, responsive, and gave me a fantastic price. The workmanship is 2nd to none and I'm happy to say that my 140 year old house is finally leak free. 100% recommended, Thanks again!

After the storm in December '23 my roof lost multiple shingles and the flashing was hanging. I reached out to Mainely Roofing. Rich explained in detail the type of roof I had and what materials were needed to fix the damage. Rich gave me a fair itemized quote for the repairs. This definitely was not a full roof job, but a small job that needed repairs. Rich treated my property and me with the up most respect. Rich walked the property with me prior to the start of the job. Once the work was completed, Rich walked the property with me to explain the repairs. I highly recommend this company.

We have used Rick and his team for a few projects both inside and outside, since 1st contacting him 14 months ago. He is s always a pleasure to work with. His response time to view and price projects is always quick. He preforms the work on the days promised, the workmanship is high quality, and he works in a clean organized manner. His ability to problem solve a situation comes from his vast long term experience. Professional, honest, and always a good value, we highly recommend him for your projects big and small. Rich was quick to respond and come out to inspect and quote. He was able to confirm a date for installation within 2 weeks , great communication and showed up on time on the day of installation. His team was efficient, qualified and the yard was spotless when completed that afternoon. Great to work with and we are very happy with the results. We were concerned that we may have had a roof leak so we reached out to Mainely Roofing via text message. Rich responded quickly and scheduled an inspection within the week. He showed up at exactly the time he said he would and was extremely professional. He inspected the roof and provided his assessment, which was excellent.
