Mellenie has been terrific to work with! The order was thorough and all of the deliveries were as prompt as possible. I really loved her idea for a black sink in our kitchenette - it really adds a lot to the look of the space. Would definitely recommend!

Wednesday 7/17/24 a delivery here out of Illinois 10,000 pounds worth of product got here last night I went inside to check in this morning and this guy says he will not unload me until 11 AM. Everybody wanders what the hell is wrong with this country I am so tired of being at these peoples mercy…

I bought a DeWalt set from another company and burned up the battery in 2 weeks I call dewalt them selfs and they told me I needed to bring it to the main office in salt lake city I live in utah county didn't want to drive all the way up to their office I called great western and asked if they could exchange my battery for me when the dewalt trucks comes to there shop they said they would 2 days passed and I called and asked if the truck came they said no and told me that they would just swap it out for me that is in my opinion very great customer service I am very happy with them I have never bought anything from them before but I will from now on I love the service and very helpful and polite people
