We recently contacted Greater Seacoast Heating And Cooling when our AC encountered an issue. Cody, the HVAC technician assigned to our case, provided an exceptional level of service. We reached out to the company around 11 AM, and we were impressed by their prompt response and quick resolution of the AC problem. We specifically mentioned that this was a rental property and that we had a guest arriving at 3 PM. I had contacted Angi's list to get a quote to fix my central A/C. Cody was the first to respond and made the appointment for that day. He arrived on time and did a great job diagnosing the problem. He initially thought it was going to be a quick fix. He did everything in his power to get the unit going. He was very knowledgeable and gave me options. I appreciated his honestly and he was able to get me up and going in a short amount of time. Being a veteran myself, I was happy to give Cody the business as he is a veteran as well. I will definitely call on him again in the future.

I needed my air conditioner repaired, and I didn’t want to go to a large company, or a dishonest repairman. I used Angi, and Cody was first to call back. My 33 year old AC had to be replaced, which he replaced timely for a very fair price. Unfortunately two days later, two days later, the AC wasn’t working, because of a failed furnace fan. (Not fault of AC installation). I called Cody, he came soon after with his assistant, Eric on July 3, (most people aren’t working because of the holiday) they replaced the fan motor, got the system working again (again for a fair price). I’m a retired aircraft mechanic, 79 yrs. Old, I know skilled maintenance when I see it. Greater Seacoast (Cody) is the best.

I had Greater Seacoast HVAC do maintenance to my furnace and AC system. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me tips to maintain certain things myself which was a money saver for me. I plan on using them moving forward. Overall great experience compared to other HVAC orgs in my area.
