Greater Seattle Floors

Regan was awesome at helping us select the right LVP, carpet & tile for our upcoming project. we were able to take some samples home and see how they looked in the new space to help select the right products for our project. Would definitely suggest Greater Seattle Floors for an upcoming remodel or new home construction!

After a basement flood and carpet extraction, I went with Greater Seattle Floors to put new vinyl in. It looks great. Of the three firms who bid the job, Greater Seattle floors was not only the cheapest, but also the quickest, most responsive, and helpful. I appreciated their salesman Jon working with me to specify the job. My two other bidders raised some fairly random issues, but Jon's attitude was pretty much "no problem for us." Would definitely work with them again. Thanks.

This company is a joke a driver from this company driving very aggressive in Auburn with his macho man sunglasses, does he not know the company name is on the van his driving. Tell you a lot about the people they hire.

I needed my kitchen floor refinished. I contacted Mike at Greater Seattle Floors. He was friendly, helpful and gave me a prompt estimate. The workers were great. They came when they said they would and did a beautiful job. They cared about their work. I am delighted and thankful that I used this company. I chose a water based finish. Whenever I e-mailed with a question I got a quick, friendly reply. A very pleased customer!

I spent a decent amount of time on the phone discussing our project plans with the agent, Aaron. Then he came to my home and was there for 90 minutes or more while I showed him what we were wanting done in detail (carpet, kitchen flooring, countertops, bathroom tiling among other things). Later that week I got an email saying they didn't have time for my project. It was unclear why he couldn't have said that at the outset and not wasted my time. Very disappointing.
