Worst customer experience from start to finish. Went here because I wanted knowledge and service. I specifically asked for in stock items expecting to walk out with the smaller items. After order was written up I found out that "in stock" meant it's in their warehouse. It took over a week to get and cost me $150 for delivery. They also ordered a wrong part which ended up costing me extra time and money in contractor costs to remedy. They couldn't get one of the items as quickly as I needed so I ordered online with another vendor. It was on my doorstep in 2 days with free delivery! I understand mistakes happen, it's all how you handle the issues - I got a snarky attitude and when refunds were due I had to continually follow-up for weeks to get the credits due.

My mom purchased a $700 faucet here and was then ignored multiple times when she tried to contact them after for a tracking number. She left 3 voicemails, over the span of a week, on the direct line that the sales person gave her. The next week she called the store directly and was then told, by the same sales person, that she would receive a call back with a tracking number and never did. A few days later we received the faucet and deck plate. I find this extremely rude and a terrible way to treat a customer. 2 stars because the faucet is nice.

High quality kitchen & bath fixtures in a beautiful showroom. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and gives the attention a customer deserves - a rare find these days.
