Everyone I interacted with was really great. All very informative and happy to answer all the questions I had. It’s our first treatment so we’ll see how successful we are, but the guy who helped us (RJ I think?) was so nice and let us know how dire our situation was and was helpful in pointing out things that were potential entree ways. We’re hopeful it works but so far would recommend.

The customer service, knowledge, and patience are exceptional. Everyone is readily available and punctual. I recently received the service done a couple of hours ago, so I can’t comment on its quality yet. However, I’ll return to discuss it once I see the outcome and determine if it truly deserves the 4-star rating. At this point, I’m solely basing my assessment on the customer service. The reason I haven’t given it 5 stars yet is because I find the service to be quite expensive.

I’m very satisfied with this service. Manuel is very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about the subject. He listens carefully, then acts. Today he had limited time, so after setting traps, etc. he let me know he’d ask the office to call me back and set up an appointment for 7-10days from now to more thoroughly set up the preventive measures we need. Highly recommend Green Pest Services!

Technician, Keith, was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Very few ants in view post treatment. We anticipate 100% success as Green Pest services proceed in coming months. Thank you.

Reginald was thorough and thoughtful. He seemed pretty knowledgeable about catching mice and inspected the house for entry ways and rodent travel and strategized a plan of attack with me. He gave me confidence we’d solve the issue, which is nice. We’ll see if it works though!
