Green Pest Services - Remington

I recently discovered an access point where mice are getting into my attic and coming down through an interior wall into the house… of course, not happy. Contacted Green Pest Services and they came quickly, gave great suggestions regarding the issue and set up traps. One was discovered in the trap the next day and they came right back out. Access point into the attic is being addressed and will keep monitoring the situation for additional intruders. The only thing I wish they would’ve done is access the attic crawlspace to look for nesting debris, but the technician said they cannot do that unless the attic has pulled down stair access, which mine does not.

Green Pest Services really did a great job with my home. Mr. Lane was very knowledgeable and precise with the work he performed on my home. He answered all of our questions, offering recommendations, and he informed us that a follow-up in two weeks will be conducted for my home. His customer service is A+ and we need more people like him. I referred him and Green Pest Services to my neighbor who was having a pest problem as well. Roger, my service technician, is amazing. He is super thorough in treating both the interior and exterior of the house. He does a thorough inspection and is extremely knowledgeable about likely entry points and pest habits. I so appreciate how he always goes over and beyond to explain various pest tendencies and preventative measures in detail. I am extremely pleased with Green Pest Control and notably Roger!

Zee is absolutely the best! He is always polite and thorough, asks me questions about what I’ve seen and what services I’d like each and every time. He is always very professional and carries out all tasks at an expeditious pace! He also offers other advice when I ask him certain questions or tells me he is unsure if he doesn’t know, which I truly appreciate instead of the guessing! Cannot say enough good things about him, he is truly an asset!!

I have had other exterminators come and just collect my money. This was a very thorough inspection. The exterminator Eyasu was knowledgeable and thoughtful. He also shared a lot of his knowledge of pest control with us. And most importantly effective.
