This past year we decided to have a pool built, we asked everyone we could, “Who built your pool?” It was shocking to find that, without exception, building a pool was a bad experience and no one recommended their pool builder. We got several estimates from pool builders. The big name pool builders would not return calls/emails. When I did get a response back from Blue Haven I was asked what we wanted, send pictures of our yard, etc. This e felt was what a company would come out and do. This is my second year using Waterline, and I genuinely could not be happier. The level of service that I recieve is fantastic- their technicians are so quick (but still thorough!) that they're sometimes gone before I realize they've arrived! Communication has been fantastic, the prices are reasonable, and any concerns that I've had were addressed quickly. I'll be using Waterline for many years to come.

Ryan was incredibly patient with us as we struggled to decide on the best location for the pool and needed several estimates. During the build, we made everything more complicated: different filter, ad
