Both local companies came out that morning and I had a new hot water tank installed and a furnace switch repaired that day. I had the pleasure of using Thomas Nelson Services - twice this summer. I have an upstairs and downstairs HVAC System that is beginning to show its age and wear. Patrick came by the same day for the first call, and assessed our issue. I had used someone else who had just pumped coolant into my system, but didn't analyze for a leak and so I had lost 3lbs of Coolant at $85 a lb. Patrick took the time to thoroughly go over my system. We had to replace the coil, and at first he thought it would be X price, and while I was ready to pay that, he came back with a final solution at 1/2 the price.
