Buyer beware! Well, wish i would have gotten the great service that everyone appears to rave about here. Was looking for a quality company for a professional closing and for future expansion pool needs. I did not find it here!!!! Would have luv'd to leave a great glowing review, have a forever pool company on hand but instead I have to leave the truth for the next customer. $280 for a pool closing that lasted less than a week - like 3 days. Pool water is now muck-disgusting brown, leaves everywhere in the snow and ice, pool cover straps were not put on correctly-some missed altogether, saran wrap used around the entire pool went entirely into the pool and when I informed grp what happened I got sass, many - many excuses and blame via text message. This is the best pool company we’ve had for repairs and our current pool weekly maintenance. They are prompt, courteous, honest and trustworthy! I’m already planning on a new beautiful pool from Green Ribbon when we move because of the owners attention to detail and perfectionism. Highly recommend!

Green Ribbon Pools LLC installed our pool back in 2023 and has handled our maintenance through the spring, summer, and early fall—along with opening and closing the pool each season. They are an excellent company with a hardworking, caring team. Luke and Mark are awesome guys who always do great work. Luke and the guys were nothing short of amazing, professional, honest and forthcoming from the start. They were meticulous in their work beyond our expectations. They didn’t rest until everything was done right. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else for a high quality pool and work!
