I’ve had one of the worst experiences with this cabinet store. The entire process has been a mess — poor communication, unprofessional installers, and over a month with little to no progress. Several of the cabinets were missing, and the installation team seemed completely unqualified to handle even basic measurements or adjustments. I tried following up multiple times for updates or resolutions, but every response was delayed or dismissive. After weeks of waiting, there’s still no clear timeline, no accountability, and no completion in sight. If you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This company clearly lacks organization, quality control, and customer service.
