GreenTec Restoration

This was my second time using GreenTec Restoration for water mitigation and my first time using them for a full rebuild, and I truly wish I had used them for my first rebuild as well. The mitigation team responded immediately — I called at 6:00 AM, and they came out the same day. The water damage covered over 2,000 square feet, yet the team worked so efficiently and quickly that I barely had time to remember everyone’s names! That alone says a lot about their responsiveness and professionalism. The rebuild team was absolutely fantastic. My project manager, Nicholas, was exceptional. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, thoughtful suggestions, and attentiveness throughout the project. On 11.19.2025 our house had a water leak from the upstairs bathroom to the downstairs living room that went through the ceiling down the walls and into the carpet – a big mess. We chose GreenTec on the recommendation of the plumber and because they are a highly rated local business. Jack from GreenTec came out to inspect the damage that evening. Don, the estimator, promptly came out and gave an estimate for mitigation which we agreed to. Don was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I really appreciate his old school approach that includes constantly staying connected, as honest communication with the customer is essential to providing an overall positive experience.
